My girl and I planned a special last minute staycation trip in D.C and I wanted to get her something thoughtful and fun that we could kick the weekend off with and would serve to always remind us of this weekend. Since it was super last minute I was worried my order wouldn't come in time which would defeat the purpose....

Once I placed the order, I called into customer service and was reassured they would prioritize my order which they did! I even received a follow up call providing me with updates and despite ordering on Monday, my bottle was at my door on THURSDAY, just in time for our Friday departure! In addition, they provided suggestions on how the design placement could be improved and I ended up going with their idea vs the one that I had designed!

Will defiantly be ordering in the future and they for sure have gained a repeat customer! Can't wait to order more for birthdays and holidays.
