Refund Policy

Custom Bottle Orders: We are unable to accept returns or cancelations on any custom bottles after the order has been processed. No refunds can be issued for incorrect information entered during the order process. Please check spelling and information before you place your order as all sales are final. If you believe you have made an error on your order, please email as soon as possible: info@swsgifts.com

Other Issues: If your bottle is damaged or an error has been made, please contact customer service via the contact page or info@swsgifts.com. We will be happy to assist you!

Returns: The Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. The original shipping cost & return shipping costs to our warehouse will be subtracted from your total refund.

Refunds: Order refunds are eligible for 30 days if your order qualifies for a refund. After 30 days money back refunds cannot be issued and the customer will be issued a store credit for the applicable amount. Social Wine & Spirits reserves the right to change or update these policies at any time. Gift cards and e-gift cards are nonrefundable.

Failed Delivery: The Customer is responsible for the original shipping charges if they would like a refund of a non-customized bottle due to a failed delivery attempt. Failed delivery attempts include but are not limited to: Customer not having an adult present to sign for the package, Incorrect address input into the order or recipient refusing delivery.

Re-shipment of order: The Customer is responsible for any re-ship fees.
